Absolutely poor one of your staff members called Vorster entered our room without our consent or permission . Woke up only to find him inside our room. Had I not woken up Lord knows what he would have done to us. As a lady in South Africa with on going crime with gender based violence I have been extremely violated as a lady as his man took advantage that we are 2 females an we are not accompanied by a man . He even went to say that even if we report him it won't mean a thing.Its absolutely shocking that metro lodge has such staff members. I definitely would not recommend this hotel ever as it is not safe. Right now I can't sleep as I do not feel safe . When I go downstairs to raise complaint the lady in duty did not want to give me managers call she said she is not allowed another violation of consumer act

receptionist was rude , never gave us the wifi voucher . Room was fair but loads of mosquitos .bathroom was abit dirty . Will never recommend to anyone

From outside people think it's a disgusting place. But once you're inside it's decent enough for me

Noise and the beds are so bad ????. I spent 3 days there I couldn't bare the noise. My linen was not changed I was told that my room ????doesn't need to be changed often. Toilet paper was a mission to get had to go to reception for that .I did not feel safe at all
