Very friendly staff, from the ticket sales to the photographers. Michael the Skipper was a gem, very jovial with a very good sense of humour and such a rich repository of marine information. Very good with his boat too.

Tour was very educational. I learned a couple of new things about ships and harbors. I would recommend this as a nice activity if you get tired of lying on the beach.

Great experience and very affordable. The crew did a run about if an incident had to happen what procedures are expected of us to do. The boat cruise was 1 hour long but it felt more than that. There's music on board so that everybody is entertained and happy. I'd definitely go again.

This business shook me down for 3600zar/$210. I paid cash to book a whale cruise for me and my family but we had to cancel twice because various members of my family were sick with some kind of norovirus on the days we were due to go on a cruise.

On the last day of my holiday I went back to claim some kind of refund. They told me they would deduct a 10% cancellation fee. They told me they couldn't make a cash refund but could only make a transfer to a South African account. Once they realised I'd left the country and had no meaningful recourse they told me,

"My apologies, but we do not any refunds.
We do allow post ponement due to various reasons, but also only once.

And you have post pone more than once.
Unfortunately there is no refunds."

These people are shady shakedown artists. Beware.

The Cruise was excellent and the tour guide gave his best.. seeing a ship which is able to carry over 8000 vehicles, amazing! Would have loved a longer ride on the bigger luxury boat
