Worse KFC experience. I ordered a fully loaded and a Colonel burger meal. Took 1 bite of my meat it was pink. Notified a staff member and he asked me to inform staff at the front. So I had to carry to burgers to the cashier and notify her, I received no apology, instead she tried to assure me the meat was fine. Eventually she offered me a refund, but she was more concerned as to whether I had eaten the rest of my meal, than I had to go back to my table to give her the rest of my meal drinks, drumstick and some chips, only thing eaten was a few chips and mash. While doing this back and forth I had customer in the que asking what was the issue with my food. Absolutely embarrassing KFC!!!Eventually I got my refund and made my way to the Nandos across. Please train your stuff to handle complains better, instead of giving customers an attitude. I was not gonna risk food posining. Please do better.
