I ordered dunked wings and they gave me zinger wings. This is the second time this has happened and I'm not sure who is at fault here, it's either the cashier who doesn't listen and ends up ringing the wrong thing or the people in the back who prepare the food. Y'all need to do better, I shouldn't have to double check my meal before I leave because of the staff's incompetence. Do better.

Worse KFC experience. I ordered a fully loaded and a Colonel burger meal. Took 1 bite of my meat it was pink. Notified a staff member and he asked me to inform staff at the front. So I had to carry to burgers to the cashier and notify her, I received no apology, instead she tried to assure me the meat was fine. Eventually she offered me a refund, but she was more concerned as to whether I had eaten the rest of my meal, than I had to go back to my table to give her the rest of my meal drinks, drumstick and some chips, only thing eaten was a few chips and mash. While doing this back and forth I had customer in the que asking what was the issue with my food. Absolutely embarrassing KFC!!!Eventually I got my refund and made my way to the Nandos across. Please train your stuff to handle complains better, instead of giving customers an attitude. I was not gonna risk food posining. Please do better.

Friendly staff and it's always clean.
Service rendered by cashiers is very good. They were polite and welcoming easy to place orders with. ????

Worst kfc by far ! Chicken skin was so hard and chicken was raw inside . The gravy refused to mix with the Mash for some reason . Chips was burnt and stale. Food tasted like it was day old and refried . This branch has put me off kfc for good .

????????u200d♂️ I ordered an allstar box. It came without chips. Burger is so tiny, the petty I literally one bite. Asked for a thigh and got a hard skin and very salty drumstick!

Very long waiting period, they said meat will take 20 minutes but its been 45 minutes im still waiting. Plus they dont have all i gredients like cheese. I dont recommend KFC Berea Centre

I actually have lived here for 11 years. This kfc and the one below is both owned by the same owner. Their portion sizes are very tiny and most times you will find mostly wings or drumsticks in your meal box. I once had 7 wings in a 10 piece box. Each meal on the menu is supposed to have certain amounts of certain types of pieces of chicken however here u will find they don't follow this. Their ice cream machines and milkshakes machines are always not in service. Complaining won't get you any justice this owner doesn't really care about custome satisfaction. I remember years ago they have me uncooked chicken and after complaining I was told that the owner can make it up to me if he wanted by a complimentary something. I'd spent hundreds and we were unable to eat any of the chicken as blood leaked from it., yet the owner had not bothered to resolve the complaint. I was told by customer service that they cannot force him. This kfc at Berea center is a little better than the other one below, the staff is a little friendlier. Because they are at the center they are a little bit better here. We've stayed away from kfc for a while now because it was clear we were paying to be miserable. Only on rare occasions the craving returns then we search for other stores in the neighboring suburbs.
