Certain people do not stand line but order by where you collect orders whilst we've been standing in the line for more than 15 minutes and they receive their orders in less than 5 mins whilst there are people who have been there for more than 20mins.
Worst of all some orders are being sent out by the (side door/back door) whilst we still waiting to be assisted. This was my last day going there???? horrible service! And the cashier is slow but good at talking stories

My order was incomplete. Presentation was messy and my food had no lettuce. Not worth the money I spent. But I got a new order the next day. Still never ordering from this KFC ever again.

I went for my rand snack and well it out and perfect, i loved the service the staff gave me, so friendly and professional, food tasted good and place is neat and clean. Recommended services

We ordered coke with our meal and received coke no sugar. Tried to phone the store but they not answering the phone.
Very dissatisfied as we do not drink coke no sugar and have our dinner without any drinks

Cashier Nosipho . Shes has an attitude, unwelcoming aura
She doesn't know how to serve customers...she has bad customer service
