Well the service was so bad that I was the only person but my order took way longer than expected! 40mins that I even wanted to cancel!

Service was pathetic and tellers were rude, did not even have tomato sauce, very dissatisfied.

I had a horrible experience with the food I ordered. They served me with a colonel burger which had very hard buns and wilted lettuce(it was discolored and brownish). On the side I had ordered plain chicken nugget but they gave me the spicy ones.

KFC customer service is very poor you have to see yourself how you eat.

They don't provide anything as part of customer service table is dirty, small and hardly available.
