Marlborough Durban Beachfront Self catering Apartments Accommodation

Best location for beach lovers. But if anyone were to ask me for recommendation for apartment booking in Durban I would never recommend this place. I made a booking for 50 people and when we got there the front desk service was the worst. Then we had to pay a 500 rand security fee per room, which totalled 4500. When we checked out we agreed with the security that all was in order. 10 days later I get a refund short of 1700 with a reason that we broke the furniture, the very same piece of furniture that found broken. Those people are very rude on their emails and they just wanted to take the money without even explaining in detail. I would never book that place and do yourself a favour and don't go there!

Excellent accommodation for family stayed last week not hotel very clean best location really enjoyed staff very kind and polite recommend for families not s hotel but has everything in thank you enjoyed

Is a very nice place for holiday just left yerteday I'm coming back right in front of beach not a hotel but has all faceleties everything near by what a good tonally staff was kind and nice and helpful. Wow must visit I'm back in December

This place is not a hotel, it's a block of flats with some permanent residence and those booked for holiday. There are security cameras everywhere, you'll feel like you are a teenager in these premises. Too many rules and restrictions. The place needs a proper cleaning an
d maintenance. Kitchen cupboards look like they store garage tools not kitchen utensils those cupboards need a deep clean.

The linen was dirty we slept on top of it not inside. We booked for 6 nights but stayed for 1 night. The room was super hot, they provided a fan, but can't open the windows because of they threatened to have you pay for their windows should th wind break it.

Moderately maintained flat with seaviews.
The lift is just a little too tiny.

Very comfortable stay, place is neat and clean with amazing sea view. Great location walking distance from beach and restaurants. Staff are warm and friendly. Excellent service.
