McDonald's Red Hill Drive-Thru

The slowest drive-thru I have ever experienced. They were not even busy. It was like waiting for paint to dry with just one car ahead of us.

More of a kiosk than a full on McDonalds. No sit in area. Drive through and delivery drivers window was really congested and slow moving. Waiting area was tiny and crowded. Not a good layout and format for McDonald's.

They need to love their job.last time they forgot to put lettuce on my burger and I let it go because mistakes do happen, bt now it tomuch I bought a burger today and it dry no sauce on the bun.and a patty it also dry .the only reason I'm coming to red red hill McDonald's it closer to me bt now it looks like I have drive all the way to other McDonald's .

Poor customer service .. very low product knowledge ..
the guy tonight 03/06/2022 in your drive through was not even in uniform.. did not know that SPCC was your new uniform.. in any case.. his attitude was just upsetting .. we asked for an upsized meal and he just was being so pushy and bossy..dissapointed!

Friendly staff and quick delivery of order. Well done. The Mcfeast burger was very tasty and very fresh.

Had the best double quarter pounder I have ever had... The drive thru was not as quick as expected but it was worth the wait
