Very poor sevice. The staff are chatting more to each other than worrying about customers. 3 customers including myself had issues. I ordered a veg burger which was not forthcoming even though it was on the display board saying ready to collect. Only after bringing it to the staffs attention did they realize that the order was not processed. No apology no feedback. Shocking service. Bearing I mind the store was not that busy.

Incompetent untrained staff including management, missing menu items on their system, and you can't redeem your vouchers from the McDonald's app since the machines are broken. The interior of the store doesn't look maintained either. First and last time going to such a poor example of McDonald's

First stop over at this location. Only stopped over for ice cream though which was more watery than creamy. Limited indoor seating options with no kids areas. Location does have a drive-thru which helps as there are limited parking options to park off.

This place is a circus, the staff have their own conversations hence the wrong orders are given , leave alone the wait , when you wait for your order and it's wrong PS not the first time .
I wait in anticipation gor a new Macdonalds to open nearby and then I'm done with this branch, the only reason I go there is because it's on my home route and I regret it all the time.

This macdonalds use to be one of my favourite place..after today's experience i just can't control my words.i am vegetarian i told my husband to get veg meal for me and when he came with my meal first i saw packaging and the packaging was McRoyale which is made with BEEF i took a bite and taste was just ask any vegetarian felt like to puke ...all i have to say is angry,DISSAPOINTED,and pathetic.i tried to call them about 8:30 and guess what no answer and on google it was saying closed.according to my knowledge this place suppose to close by 9:00 but yeah....that was horrible experience i ever had with any restaurant
