Great restaurant and food was really authentic. The only thing that put me off was the excessive sauce that I had on my surf and turf. It masked a absolutely brilliantly cooked steak and fresh prawns. I also really enjoyed the fresh chilli sauce

The single best Portuguese style restaurant in, dare I say it, South Africa. The atmosphere was alive and buzzing, the service was absolutely spot on, the food was so amazing I might actually HAVE to go back to get some more! Very friendly staff, very competent manager and good beer! 10/10, would reccomend for dinner, or lunch, or both!

When I miss Mozambique this is the place I go. The chicken is cooked to perfection and I actively avoid eating chicken at other restaurants because I know I'll be disappointed in comparison. Their prawns are probably the best in Durbs. And their chips, salivating just thinking about them... Love the vibe also!

Excellent food , but I think the management is very "white " orientated .On my first visit and as I live in the area did not even knew of this place and was invited by 2 white work colleagues . Management came as normal to check how were we doing and even at meal times this hospitality was experienced . I decided to go back tonight without a confirmed booking and was accommodated . The "hospitality " was totally different to my first visit. This time only me and my wife.,
Other patrons( mainly fair skin) and management made an effort to go and make them comfortable "chatting " etc etc . We were not once made to fell that comfortable by management .
My wife asked me a question . We are the only non color in this restaurant , Makes you think ?
