Think the service is just slow. Approached a gentle at a desk to assist with a gas stove and specs. He had no customers with him, but shouted over the floor for another salesman to come and help me.

Hi

I bought a fridge and later on when I check my documents I noticed that there was an extra money added on for extended warranty and when I ask I was told that its compulsory. Meaning I have no choice.

This makes no sense to me because I should not be forced to take an extended warranty as a consumer

Why force customers to take an extended warranty that cost R2299.00????
