Purchased 2 Trays of snowballs yesterday from Sunningdale spar. It was so stale. My mother in law loves snowballs and she was so disappointed. I tried calling pancake and the receptionist is so rude. I was transfered to someone and they never answered. We can't keep wasting our money like this. No 1 wants to eat them now!

Doughnuts and Snowball stale. Reported to Bakery. Was informed Quality Controller not in today 6 March. Will call back tomorrow.

It was terrible Swissroll the quality is gone down......the Swiss roll had no cream in its ridiculous the jam tarts r small with a drop of jam hard and dry and the jam tarts have shrunk in size we thought initially

Bought their Swiss rolls 4 times in 1 month and it smelt off.
I contacted the Manager, he stated there was an egg problem and he assured me that they have changed suppliers and it will be sorted but 2 weeks later, it's the same problem.
