The shop itself is clean and stocks mostly everything someone would need. Some staff are friendly. Sometimes not all tills are open at busy times which causes a time delay as ques can get very long. It's a pleasure to shop at this store.

This store should be your absolute LAST option, they always have network issues which causes long lines and their stock is limited. Don't even waste your time going there.

The staff is welcoming and very friendly. The shop is kept clean and cool. They place nice music too, but their prices are a bit higher than Shoprite/Checkers.

After pick n pay montclair got renovated it was made smaller and less cashiers, half the time , specially over weekends and month end , not all cashiers are.open, so dont like going shopping there at all, i go to bluff pick n pay, I needed stuff urgently so went to montclair , and hated it, Never again no matter what, just for 4 things i waited in the line almost 2 hours, not the cashiers fault at all,

Still Montclair mall is like a grocery place.
You can't go there and socialize. No place just sit and have ice-cream enjoying Tha fresh air

The service is extremely slow, been there 4 times. Some items no prices, then you have to check at the till. Got good specials, just a pitty when you get to the till it is not on special price so your waiting increases to wait for the supervisor to correct the price on the till. Very frustrating????

The place is always busy. Waiting time is just uncomfortable with most tills closed.
