I recently stepped into the Puma Springfield store in Durban....I was really not intending to buy anything in particular - I was wanting to just have a quick browse to check the latest merchandise. The overall experience was a very positive one - from a smiling security guard at the entrance to a further 5/6 friendly, smiling faces on the store floor willing to assist. Mnqobi (Bright) Hlophe's service was really fantastic - professional, efficient. From not intending to buy anything....I walked out with two new pair of shoes - thanks Mnqobi! Even the management of the store was visible and interacting with customers - a refreshingly different experience to most other retail outlets these days where staff count is minimal and you can never find a manager if you need one. A job well done. Thank you.
