Good shop with quality food they have is the best.They have reasonable prices when it comes to their product and they have good food and so on they have good services when it comes to Tellers who have that customer service and they are best on what they doing in shop

This by far is the WORST GROCERY STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE!!! EVEN THE LOCAL SPAZA SHOP HAS MORE SENSE OF ORGANISATION AND SYSTEM. WAITING 1 HOUR TO PAY FOR 4 ITEMS. SUCH A BUSY LOCATION HOWEVER MINIMAL TILLS OPEN. CASHIERS ENGAGING IN CONVERSATION DELAYING QUEUES , STAFF CUTTING LINES AND GETTING THEIR OWN SHOPPING DONE. NO MANAGERS AROUND. NO SENSE OF GETTING PATRONS ASSISTED. WHAT KIND OF MANAGEMENT OR SUPERVISION IS THIS. ALL STAFF SEEM TO HAVE THE SAME MENTALITY TO HAVE NO CARE FOR CUSTOMERS. I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP AT THIS STORE IN MY LIFE AGAIN.

Shoprite west street bakery you need to step up 100%. Just bought a scone and it is sooo hard I could hit a person with it. Previously bought long donut and was also hard. You make my mornings horrible.

I give this store 5 stars, everything is on point. Even the cashiers are nice and patient. Your products are always perfect, thank you.
