My daughter loves the play area at the mall and I have yet to have a bad experience at one of their shops. The mall is always clean and welcoming. The mall has something for the whole family.

Nosipho started off being very helpful. Unfortunately now we have signed a contract we can't get our Fibre connected despite numerous calls and promises that it is all in hand. We are 3 days away from moving our Cell C contract to vodacom and nothing works. Not their 100g of free data or another sim data contract. Now what is the next step.

The man at the Door politely led me to a desk and said Nadine would assist me, she stared at her computer screen without greeting me, or offering me a seat. I asked if I should go on to explain to her, she replied to the screen that I should, that could hear me. I did so, and she was most unhelpful and most unpleasant in manner. Shockingly poor customer service and etiquette.

This is the most ridiculous Vodacom store... Service is very bad... They cannot release online orders because they want you to go into the store and pay where as online services are free...
