Pretty disgusting food!!

We were given burnt chips that were refried in old oil. It smelled really bad.

The roll was soaked in tomato sauce and really soggy.

Great food, fresh as ever, food made from the heart , the guy in that kitchen makes sure that each an every customer is happy and does his utmost best in order to impress his customers. ..........trust me I know him on a personal note !

If the want to get the full West Grill experience an a taste of fresh real food made with love , please do yourself a favour an enter the store , you won't regret it at all...

The quality of the food is terrible. Firstly, I paid R8 for a tiny portion of onion rings. Secondly, the beef Gatsby is advertised as your signature meal. It's disgusting. It tasted like you took 5 green peppers and added in a few steak strips, drowned in sauce and poured half a packet of salt on it. The other Gatsby was no good either. I will surely never order from you again! I threw the food away. Even my dog would not eat it.

Extremely friendly staff with amazing food, burgers are biggg and add extra value for money, so affordable as a student.
