It's a quiet place, if you looking to get some work done or just be away from people. The place does seem a bit old but it's clean and the food served is great. I was served by Wiseman, such a humble and gentle soul. God bless him. They also have public toilets. You can do take out or dine in.

Worst Wimpy I have ever been to. The table was dirty, service was very very slow meanwhile its a quite place. I will not recommend this Wimpy to anyone.????

13:03 the 28th Nov 2021. Walked in the store there was nobody in front, waited and when the front lady come she plain ignored me and my boyfriend, had no care in the world and I asked if we are being ignored and she walked passed. Even when we walked out the store she didn't care... Appalling treatment from the staff... Not recommended for customer service!

Good Morning

Hope this email finds you well. I would like to share this the disappointment customer service i have been receiving Today Not from the cashiers but from the lady that is a cleaner.

Today she said she is tired to see my face Just because I am working for the Council doesn't mean i should always come to wimpy. it was not for the first time and even other colleagues had a same problem with the lady. i real think Wimpy doesn't need such behavior or attitude towards customers

I would like the Store Manager or Stakeholders to do something have a talk with her because we now do not feel comfortable to go in there if she is there

I would also appreciate the Good service from wimpy staff together with Engen cashiers.

Lovely staff members and they're rather quick and thanks a lot to all of you plus the well accommodating Engen garage workers next to them!

I went there to put gas few minutes ago and I asked the lady at Wimpy to use the toilet, she ddnt pay attention to me, she was jst busy chatting on her fone. I had to ask several times, then she asked me to come inside the counter and look for it myself. I looked but cldnt find it, I then went to Engen garage right next door. They sent me back to Wimpy, I went back and the same lady asked me to go call the one who was helping me with the gas to come get the keys himself. Then I decided to leave, that is not jow u treat customers, I have never received such pathetic, unprofessional service in my life. I will never go back to that Wimpy/Engen ever again. I am so livid, flabbergasted, disgasted as he'll. Please sort this out before you lose more customers!!
