I booked for an overnight stay for the 5 - 6 March, paid and got confirmation. Minutes after the confirmation email came through, I called the property to advise what time I'd be checking in, only to be told that they had just received a walk in booking, are fully booked and can't accommodate me. After I paid. This was Saturday at 18:32 (time of call). I enquired about my refund, got the run around so I sent follow up emails. I have been contacting the property ever since, to get my refund and no response has been received. I had to find another accommodation as a result. I am still waiting for a response as to when I can expect my refund.
