Always go to shell to refeul and got a promotional pamflet and a empty cup to have a free coffee for next time... 2 weeks later, today, been busy with work so first time i had avalible, i went there to collet my free coffee and the rude cashier tells me no the promo has stopped when i asked her when it dit stop she couldnt aswer me and there was no date on the pamflet either.. probly not a big deal for some people but i do enjoy my coffee..

What a convenient garage to use. Just in and out in no time. Friendly Petrol Attendants. They must keep yp the good work.

I just stopped there and the guy "Juluis" help us with our car. He was a real hero even when my oil cap broke when checking, he made a plan. So thankfully for him.

On two occasions now while waiting in the line to refuel, a particular petrol attendant has let customers behind us go and refuel ahead of us. One of the attendants came to me and said he does this often to white people. I have now been to complain about this horrific service that is nothing more than a racial issue but yet to get a response from management. I have 3 vehicles and all my machine equipment petrol I normally get from them. Not any more!

Absolutely disgusted with management!!
This morning I went in to buy coffee and the manager was not wearing a mask and the cashiers were wearing their mask on their chin! We’re in the 3rd wave of COVID!! The sign on the door that says “no mask, no entry” should apply to everyone INCLUDING the manager and staff!
