Customer service recieved from the cashier was terrible. Ice cream machine wasn't working. Staff weren't wearing masks when taking our order or while working with the food. Ordered a coke and the straw was thrown down on the counter at me. As for the food, half of it was nice, but the bag also enjoyed our other half as it was lying in the bottom of the packet when we received it. General attitude of the front staff was shocking.

They run out of chicken? What type of manager allows that? And the staff thinks it is funny. No man. Did you see Steers reply? I send contact details and they did not contact me. Sadly don't belief their story.

Having been bumped off in.Beacon Bay Steers. I found the place with power due to lockdown. The lady exceeded my expectations as she manually took my order and made sure it was delivered as soon as power was restored. That was true customer service. I even got confirmation on sight from delivery guy. This team deserves a huge star. They literally changed my earlier experience at another branch xxxxx

Absolutely so surprised by the lack of customer service. If you are not prepared to work the times you have published on your store details may I suggest you then change your operating times. Come on guys lets get it done right.

Steers food quality is good but the service today is slow and the place isn’t busy.
