Had a relaxing afternoon with my best friend! A 90 minute full body massage. My friend had an appointment and 25 minutes before the beauty clinic accommodated us in making it a couple massage.
The Beauty Clinic impressed me, qith their friendly and professional service. The room was so clean and relaxing and the masseuses were knowledgeable and caring!

No it was not made up for. Nobody followed up to see if they could assist in trying to correct the experience I had. But in all honestly I did make it quite clear I would not be back. So I do understand why not contact was made.

My friend, Lindiwe took me to The Beauty Clinic. Clean, hygienic,relaxing environment.
The service is great, I had a facial and waxing appointment. Thank you to the lady that gave me the BEST service, I have photos ???? but POPIA...
People,when you visit EL this is a great place for your beauty needs.

Real Bad Experience :
Been charged heavy for Guaranteed hair straitening service. First visit ; treatment didn't last for four days, and hair got back to its shape. Went through second session but didn't last more than four days again. Asked for refund because didn't get even a bit of what I paid for and received a Rude reply with denial to refund.
Feels like problem is with the merchandise or staff is untrained.
Won't recommend to anyone.

They are very patient and the massage with Zuki was great. Ladies in reception are friendly and ready to help.
