The estate is absolutely beautiful and the service from all the staff is friendly,. professional and efficient. We are so impressed with the way it is maintained. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is there can be a bit of noise that carried across the valley especially on Sundays, this could be a problem for anyone who doesn't like noise. We haven't found it very disruptive.

Blue Mountain Village Estate in George South Africa is a very badly run estate. Management refuses to enforce rules of the estate and even the Constitution of BMHO is not adhered to by power crazy goofs. Sadly many homeowners are very disgruntled with the running of this estate but management doesn't seem to care.

It's a nice estate to stay in. Seems safe. There are rooibokke walking around and the housing follows a standard theme which is good. The estate is close to the mall. The main problem is access (you require a nfc tag) and there are no modern access methods like facial recognition or fingerprint. Tags are extremely unsafe. Finally the estate is very close to a rural area and I've heard complaints about loud music and burning of garbage leaving a foul smile.

Beautiful vintage feel to what looked like an 'old renovated farmhouse' it would have been even better if there had been an enclosed secure area for my pet however it wasn't a huge problem. I did mention, when asked, that I don't eat red meat ... very kindly had a steak dinner prepared for me ... loved the veggies and my dog enjoy the steak ????

Clean neat and safe housing in George Garden Route. 10 minutes away from all facilities.

Lovely estate, friendly people. Did not have a good experience with estate ISP though.
