Had an issue with a Brio battery operated train. I had misplaced my receipt, they were able to recover it and exchanged the train. They did not have stock to exchange and had to order, they kept informed all the way. Thank you Candice. Also well done on stocking brio trains, they are cool and hard to find. Feels great not to have to ship our money off to cape Town or jhb to an online monster. Go George

Here is a store with far more potential that it is allowed to exhibit. They stock Lego, yet due to whatever circumstances their Lego prices are probably the highest prices in all of George. If you are paying their retail price on any set they have on their racks (which are bare to begin with) then you are paying atleast 20% more on average than places like Checkers and PNA... (And these places don't even specialise in toys) . They have no variety, also they stock what seems to be only really large sets in the price range of 2k and above.. all other toys in this store hardly make an impression. I am told that in order to rent the space they do it comes to something like 30k monthly. I don't see this store surviving when considering that it needs to make a profit of 30k monthly to break even, and that is not including the salaries of its 2 employees. I will say that it is a shame as this store added something to this town. There are many ways in which it could be turned around. If get the feeling the owner wants the store to go bankrupt.
