I had been to this branch only a few times before whilst being a customer woth fnb for 22 years. I waited with a ticket number for 1 hour and 45 minutes before being attended to. They told me that George is not a big enough city to do a ID card and proceeded to eat his lunch in front of me after waiting patiently for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Secondly I ordered a new credit card on the 27th October and was told it would be delivered between 3 - 4 working days. It's now the 4th of November and still not even a text message to say it would be ready. I phoned the number which directs you to Johannesburg only to be told by the very nice lady that it's was issued on the 29th October already! Poor performance, really bad service has me not wanting to go to this branch ever again.
