Friendly staff and helpful all round. Waiting times are reasonable and it's always clean and neat. Excellent service at all times. Casualty and emergency waiting times can be very very long and needs attention.

Some of your Security staff are extremely rude and racistic treat you like children by emergency this needs to be sorted out when you are going to see your very ill family member and they also keep the doors locked in visiting hours some nurses have attitudes you need to work on this I have noticed it a few times and the fact that you do not give people drips at their homes is shocking no excuse for it!!

If you love you life, your health and you time don’t bother going there. I was at the hospital today at 11:44am, I sat there till 10:30pm without been attended to.. I approached a nurse to get more information in regards to the delay she chuckled and left. Nurses are very rude and condescending. I left the hospital without been taken care of, such a waste of resources.

I was impressed with this government hospital.
It was clean and efficient and all the nursing staff and doctors were friendly, empathetic and professional.
I went to get a knee operation and was very happy with the experience. I felt safe and cared for.
There is a long wait (around an hour or two depending on what time you arrive - I'd suggest arriving around 7:30am) for your folder,
then you get sent to the relevant doctor/department for a consultation.
The Xray and theater facilities were clean and staff were efficient and comforting.
Aftercare after the operation was excellent.

Kudos to the doctors/ nurses and administrators for keeping their friendly disposition in this very busy hospital.

My wife was brought in with the ambulance and sat for hours waiting to see a doctor.
When I came to give her something to eat the nursing staff were having a great time laughing and frolocking around.
Absolutely unprofessional.
While you wait and die they have a great time.
