Terrible Experience!!!

On Monday, 15 November 2021, we arrived at Loerie Trailer Hire to hire a trailer. We have used Loerie Trailer Hire's services before and never experienced such terrible service. Upon arrival, we decided to reverse and align our pick up truck to make it easier for hooking up the trailer. Pieter, started to scream and shout at us as clients. Even the trailer assistant apologized to us as clients and said 'there is something not right with Pieter'. Co-ordination of the premises as well as respect given to people needs to be drastically improved (Poor standards). If you are thinking of using Loerie Trailer Hire's services, be prepared for staff shouting at you and having an unorganised experience.

No fuss and immediate attention. Price very competitive. Trailers in good condition. Got pulled over by the traffic police and nothing found wrong.

Always a trailer available, willing to give guidance and support and advise! Friendly staff, well prepared trailers for long haul. Well kitted,ratchets and straps and tarpaulins to rent as well. Well done to Phillip and crew.

Trailer went for repairs and was done within 2 hours. Communication and service was excellent, the cost of repairs was also less than I expected. Well done!

Excellent service from Pieter and team at Loerie Trailer Hire, Brought my trailer in to have the wheel bearings replaced. The job was professionally done while I waited. Pieter also ensured that the wiring was repaired and got me back on the road to Cape Town.
