My husband had to go to the George Mediclinic Emergency Room on 9 September 2022 at 3am in the morning he received excellent treatment from the night and day doctor's and all other staff members. I also experience outstanding service from the Mediclinic ER team last year with a broken femur. Outstanding 5 Star performance to the George ER team

Had to go to Mediclinic urgently today. From the moment I entered Emergency patients to leaving feeling so much better after 4 hours there, I received 100% courtesy, assistance, total commitment and excellent treatment. I was in the Retail Industry with iconic retail Groups and Mediclinic ranked at the top of the Charts. Outstanding 5 Star performance, well done and thank you to all Staff.
King George Pharmacy played a huge role in all the above, so very much appreciated for your 100% help, specifically Lourens, Annelise, Lizelle and Enrico, 5 Star assistance and I can't thank you all, enough. Top Class ,

This was one of my worst experience at an emergency unit. On 9th July 2022 around 1-3 pm I was rushed to George emergency thinking it's my appendix. Never the less to found out it was something more serious and I had to undertake an urgent opperation. My husband and myself was waiting for assistance as I experienced sever pain....the lady behind the counter told my my husband we should wait as their is no beds and they first need to help another lady. When he asked her in which level my emergency falls she still didn't care and said we must wait. Only when he made a comand to help me right now. they made a plan taking som more time. the Dr help me nicly and the nurse. But after my scan they got conversation that it's more serious as I'm bleedibg internal already. I waited another hour for the ambulance to take me to geniva - the ambulance never pitch and they had to make another plan. My concern is what if it was one moment to late...due to such services and don't care attitude's - while waiting the nurses talks about inappropriate things and making jokes while you are in pain.... Geniva hospital was amazing and should never fall part of Medi clinic. Even the poor old lady Infront of me was also not treated fairly and her son also had to put on a scene . I'm very disappointed and what about other people.....you are supposed to take care of people not be the delay and causeing the reason betfween death and life aon delaying the process.

The service and care was outstanding!! We came via the trauma unit and the staff and Dr's were amazing, especially because we were on holiday and my little one had an unfortunate accident that resulted in her having a fracture.

Well run private hospital and rooms for doctors in private practice. 5 years later in 2022 the place has gone backwards a bit .. needs maintenance and some basic management isssues addressed. No towels were available for patients on the evening of 10 May 2022. Toilets in ward G were not clean and actually stank untill staff were asked to clen them. Staffing issues caused patients to wait from 20H00 to 23H00 for meds and pain pills despite repeated requests. That said the majority of staff are very friendly and seem to try hard. I believe the issues lie with senior staff and management.
