I purchased a microwave online and selected the George store for delivery. I got an sms and a call from the team to confirm that the microwave arrived. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Did I mention I got great service too?

I received excellent customer service.

I had bought a bed cash at OK furniture, but when the bed got delivered it had BLOOD stains(drops) all over the top part of the bed
There were also dirty hand prints on the mattress.

Im sure the delivery man say that cause it was very noticeable. Nonetheless! Wouldn't consider buying anything there again.

Garbage move! ????

Unfortunatel not good service. Had to cancell deal. But no payback of the 2x Delivery Fees... will not recommend it to anybody.... Area manager also interviewed on my problem and sorry to say Mr Botha, not any help received from you as well! Rather spend your money where you get a good deal and support from management!!!

This has probably been the worst customer experience of my life. I had to resort to legal action to obtain a pre authorised refund as the store refused to give it to me as they did not have enough money on their till. This is after I got a broken product!

Then they continue to harrash me and refuse to pick up the fridge. I had to arrange at work to be at home and they then just did not show up. Since then they phone me and put the phone down when I talk.

Because i bought n wasing masjien 1 year ago and it give me trouble now and itrying almost 3 monts for them to come and repair or replace it AND TILL TODAY NOTHING IS HAPPEND.IT SUCKS.

We called in advance to make sure of closing times and when we got there there were people inside but they told us they closed already. This was an hour and a half before actual closing time. We drove an hour and a half to get there

Always a nice shopping experience at any OK furniture store. Very well stocked and believe me their prices are really competitive. I really can recommend them to all.
