Is was awful. The place smelled like mothballs. The cupboard was moldy. The trap door was open situated in front of my room. The pool was dirty. The pool pump was broken. Stuff disappeared from my room. On arrival there was not a single person in site. I had to wait for the owner to there after communicating my arrival with him. The pillows were dirty with hair stuck in it.
The pics posted on their website are completely deceiving.
It was really disappointing ????.

Tried booking accommodation, was promised a quotation to be sent, next day came, called 6 times only to be told they will check their mails, no feedback thereafter. Tried calling a few more times after that, no response. Had to take business elsewhere

Personal professional and efficient
Chef does great brekkie and coffee outstanding
Rooms and bedding can be attended too I like my sheets crispy clean so plz guys such a jewel of a little place attend to the sheets regular
All and all a good experience will visit again

Good location with friendly staff. Slept over with 3 teenagers. Place was safe and comfortable. Only 1 bathroom off main bedroom so not convenient. Workmen were busy with blocked drains before we checked out, right outside our bathroom window. Would have been good if staff could have informed us beforehand. Bit pricey compared to similar offerings

It very nice in the right location CBD close to everything.
Receptionist she was so helpful when I blocked my card she didn't let us sleep outside she made sure we get the room and she so friendly.
Staff friendly too and helpful .will go again to the hotel for next trip

Upon arrival we were welcomed by Christa, the owner. It was very nice and peaceful, we were shown where to park and which room was ours. We stayed in Monc Blanc, room with a bathroom and small kitchen space. Having an aircon in the room helps a lot, in the heat. The complementary breakfast was delicious, you are literally caitored to. The entire stay was absolutely wonderful!
