Lunch today, awful sea food pasta,3 mussels and sardines skeletons, very spicy plus tomatoes and carrots, awful, no parmesan cheese, never again, hope for better as i like the club, same goes to Monets,may be new Chef will re-open for better,

First ... apparently guests are no longer allowed access unless a booking was made days in advance...

Two ... only two choices of cake on the menu, of which one is not available...

Three ... you order Rooibos tea, and get black tea...

Four ... no napkins provided. Must be a shortage...

With many options now available in George, rather go somewhere else!

1. The service af the waiter/s was very slow
2. We booked an outside table once we got there they did not book it so we had to go to a different venue and wait

With the 18th fairway and green of the Montagu course at Fancourt as it's background, the Club Lounge is an ideal place to relax after a round of golf or to while away an hour or two in the in the late afternoon sun. Enjoy a cold beer, glass of wine, a variety of snacks or even a meal. The staff are exceptionally attentive and the food is delicious !!
