Nando's Lambton.. Disappointing... Literally just got back from your drive through. Firstly the order took 20 mins to get ready. There were no cars in front of us and there was no explanation why the food took long. I didn't complain took the food and left. Only to get home and find out you guys gave us the incorrect order..The order was easy.. two hot pots with rice and 1 kids meal.. We got 1 hot pot 1 livers and a kids meal.
Now someone is forced to eat something they didn't want??

Had the hotpot, rice at the bottom were dry dry. That wasn't nice. But overall chicken was good.

The vegan meal and portion of chips are seriously alarming especially with the price of the meals... With raising inflationary costs we need to find value for money

Efficient drive through service and fresh food always. I like that the lady on counter in the drive-through tells you about combos that give you more with less money.

I normally get a good portion of livers when i buy here, however this past Sunday was not up to standards at all. I ordered a full portion of livers and received a half portion at most, it was also not "hot" but rather mild.

I ordered the Mozam Paprika flavoured full chicken with extra sauce and to my surprise when I opened the bag, it was not Mozam Paprika and the extra sauce was just oily water. I've never been this disappointed in Nandos before. The chicken was just grilled with no sauce whatsoever added.

I must say the food at this nandos is always fresh and tasty, they could improve on the waiting time in the drive through, I always land up waiting a long time.
