The Girls behind the counter is where i will start.
They are just simply amazing. So helpful ,so friendly and there passion for animals reflects in the exceptional service they provide. This is the Rolls Royce of cat towers, our furry babies are beyond extatic and so are we. Huge thank you to Arthurs Pet Shop for always being the best!

Such great service from the staff. They collected my details for future pets as well. ????. I was so excited to bring home my 2 baby Conor's. So gentle and playful I just don't have words...my son and I are very happy with the 2 new additions and look forward to going back soonest. Arthur's offers many pet options including pigeons,fish, marmosets, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, bearded dragons, snakes and much more. I personally highly recommend them for all your pet needs.

Best pet shop in Port Elizabeth. The staff know their stuff and are always willing to help. As a reptile owner I always struggle to find a shop that caters for my reptiles' needs and requirements, but this place has everything you need and more. And that goes for all their products. Great store. 10/10
