Staff member (and I do have her name) who assisted me, not friendly at all and very spiteful. She is definitely not a good ambassador for your famous brand and branch. But I will still support you.

Debonairs Pizza Newton Park, Port Elizabeth... worse place to buy from shame!!!

I literally waited for 3 hours for my pizza. The electricity even came back and I started making food for myself whilst waiting.

Last time I bought from them I got plastic glass pieces in my pizza. I don’t know why they still remain in operations. They took my pizza with glasses and they said they’ll investigate and get back to me, that was 2018. I haven’t heard anything from them.

The other time they told me that I lived in an area that they can’t deliver in. Although I paid delivery fees. I had to fetch my pizza and they refused to refund me the amount I paid for the delivery that they never did!!!

Had a great experience, good service all around. Very energetic staff even though it was late in the evening

Horrible service. Writing this review after the second time I have been let down. The first time I ordered they called me approximately an hour later stating that my food was on its way and that I would be receiving it shortly. After an additional hour I called only to find that my food was still in the restaurant. I had to wait yet another hour before my food arrived only to find that it wasn't even fresh. Now this evening I place my order to find out an hour after my order was placed(after they confirmed my address) that they don't deliver to my address and I must order somewhere else. The service is laughable, I will not be ordering here again

Debonairs Cape Rd. Surely one of the best.
Always delivers on time and pizza's always delicious.
