Great gym, excellent equipment, but the staff experience just isn’t there. Most of the staff encounters, who are and should be the faces and representatives of the business, have often been very unpleasant. They often seem moody, inhospitable and unhelpful. There have been occasions where staff have given attitude to myself or and/or a number of other fellow members, and it’s plain unprofessional and deeply off putting. No one wants to walk into an environment and be made to feel unwelcome.
Upper management needs to crack down on this issue and offer some type of training to teach their staff how to interact with customers .
