The meals are so small now with shrinkflation that an adult meal is barely enough to feed a child. A portion of fries number about 10-12. Please make meals fulfilling and if that means a price rise, then so be it.

Been there many times, never seen any management ever.

Orders take forever even though service is ok. Food is definitely better than what it was.

Not one the most efficient KFC's in Port Elizabeth.

Worst service,I waited an hour for my food, staff not cared about the clients waiting. This is the second time. There is chaos in the store.Definately not setting my foot there again

Terrible service. Ordered at drive thru, told 10min wait. Only got order 28 minutes later and it was all cold...everyone who placed orders had a super long wait and staff just ignore you when you ask... shocking.

Still waiting for our food after 30 minutes. What is the benefit of ordering online if you still have to wait over 30 minutes for it. People arriving after us have been helped already

Bought the Streetwise 3 this evening. Shocking to say the least. More meat on a pigeon. Catch me once but never again.
