Please learn to get orders correct. I understand the environment is busy and you have high volume of customers. I should have gotten the correct order but I didn’t. Yes, it’s on us as well as we should have checked but 1. The screen was not working so we could not double check the order and 2. My husband was in a rush to get home so when he got the food he could not check. Not every customer will be able to double check things. It can’t happen every time and we expect service excellence to say the least. Come on guys, do better.
Definitely will not be buying from you guys again. Not happy at all.
