I love steers, always a first choice when choosing take-away.
Yesterday 27th August 2022, I ordered 4 burgers in total, asked for no garnish on two of the 4.
The first 2 burgers was perfect, even added a sticker on the one that had no garnish however the two rib burgers was identical, no sticker and garnish I specifically asked for to be removed.
I came straight out of a night shift not having the energy to check the whole order.
Sadly when I got home I realized the tragedy.
All I wanted throughout my exhaustion was a good steers filling.

I am most upset. I ordered 2 steers burgers, cashier never asked which. No etheless. I wanted the 20 r steers burgers, as i only had a 100 r with me. I felt that was forced to buy 2 50 rand burgers. The staff at cleary park are very intimidating. No structure no cudtomer service. Iam highly upset. A steers fan since the 90s.

Phoned in my order and was ready for pick up when we arrived. No waiting period and the burgers was so good

Awesome food at great prices. On pay days the lines are very long.

Was impressed with staff, even though it's Wednesday and they busy, I phoned in and gave a time I would be there, and as promised I got meal on time

Got a lovely soft serve on a very hot day, which is amazing as other outlets normally run out or the ice cream is too runny due to high demand. Very happy customer!

Poor service and unfriendly staff. Waited 30+ minutes for a wacky Wednesday special!! Store wasn't even busy no explanation nothing it's so frustrating
