Very poorly managed hotel. Also we had planned a weeks stay for a sporting event in Port Elizabeth. The hotel was just not appropriate for the requirements needed for our team. After discussing this with management we were not accommodated in any way. We eventually found alternative accommodation and enjoyed the rest of our week with any sort of compensation from the establishment. My recommendation is don't be fooled by the photos. Make sure you investigate all other options before booking at this establishment.

We were a group of 14 who actually moved to another location without getting any sort of refund for an upfront payment in full for 7days for the entire group. Moved to The Willows, would strongly recommend them.

Perfectly sited to offer amazing views of the Summerstrand beach shoreline. A restaurant with a rich Port Elizabeth history and can be seen by the wall props. Perfect for romantic dinners , proposals and hiring out for dinners.it's night time view of the beach from the outside pool deck is simply unrivaled. The the staff complement is very amiable and personable and service is pleasantly cheerful. It is hardly ever over-crowded , an absolute gem ???? of a restaurant with awesome menu options

Great budget hotel with awesome bed and breakfast services, only downside is the lack of a power backup system.

¡¡¡ I am writing this review to save your time, money and nerves. As a family we booked this hotel for three nights, but after the first night we just ran away at breakneck speed. A terrible man with long, dirty hair, resembling a maniac, moved us into a room, the guests of which left one day earlier. But they returned, having forgotten some kind of a bag in the room in which we were accommodated (There were no bags from previous guests in the room when we came in). At the reception they were given the keys to our room, without even warning us, people opened the room and broke in when I was standing in a towel just from the shower. Beds with old sunken mattresses. The kitchen is another story. Calling it a pork chowder would be too high a mark. Not only does it taste disgusting, but I also sat in the toilet whole night after such dinner (I apologize for the details, but they are necessary for those who care about their health and normal holidays). Naturally, the next day I did not return for breakfast and lunch, although they were paid for.

Great location with sunny rooms and views of the beach. Loved the pool and friendly staff. Good value for money for a family of four we shared one room which was small but the balcony is a big plus and breakfast included. It would be lovely to have lounge chairs by the pool. Would definitely stay there again but this time book two rooms.

Affordable accommodation. The bed was not to standard. The breakfast was good, but the waiter that we had was horrible. Thankfully another waiter assisted us half way through the meal. Overall it was alright. However, we will be staying elsewhere the next time we visit Port Elizabeth.
