Staff/Reception are helpful and friendly.
However the old woman that manages the establishment cannot maintain an open and honest communication. Very poor management and rude woman.
I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

I stayed one night in August with my husband. Worst place I've ever seen: sheets with hair and hair remnants, dirty sink with hair and traces of toothpaste, carpet with streaks that have been there for who knows how long. We also needed it during the night and no one answered the numbers that were indicated to call for any emergencies. Bad place!

A home away from home.✨This is one of the best guesthouses I have been to. The staff is extremely friendly and always there to meet your needs and attend to your requests. The rooms are always neat and tidy as the staff comes in every morning to tidy up. The environment is calm and peaceful. The place is just absolutely beautiful! ???????????????? If you are heading to Port Elizabeth and you need a place to stay for your vacation? Then this is the place to be! ???? Be sure to make a booking, you won't regret it.

I'm the a PA for the company and have been using your services for the past few years when booking accommodation for our Executives, when planning their trips to the Eastern Cape.

I am really disappointed with the feedback which I received upon their return this morning.

Firstly the water was cold due to the geyser being off which was extremely unpleasant

Secondly they did not receive Fresh bedding on a daily basis nor Fresh towels which was dirty for their full stay.

I Hope you will give this matter serious consideration.

The lady is very rude,otherwise her workers are friendly and the husband is also nice,we booked about 20 rooms for the whole weekend from 24 -27 September and she couldn't wait for us to leave, she even said everyone is suppose to check out on Sunday whereas 5 rooms were still booked to check out on Monday 27 September. Otherwise the place is nice they can improve little things and her attitude .
