We celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary here this evening - what a special occasion! The calamari was the best I've EVER had, the filled steak melts in your mouth and the chocolate mousse tart was to die for!

It's a simple aesthetic however the quality of food, portions and overall flavour of everything is that of a fine dining experience.

Everything on the menu is delicious and looks so good, well flavoured and absolutely worth every cent.

What a delightful place to enjoy lunch next to the ocean. Our waiter, Desire was the best! Everyone at our table enjoyed their meal, from babotie, burgers and had to try the calamari and abalone. Appreciated excellent service from everyone there.

Had breakfast here on the morning of our anniversary. A beautiful old rustic restaurant. It has outdoor seating with an ocean view and plenty of indoor seating.

The service was excellent as well as the food we ordered.

Very disappointed with steak...
Ribs were excellent.
Our drinks took forever to arrive, and the waiter seemed distracted ( in short, the service wasn't good at all)....such a pity because the view was really good.

Our firm favorite in Hermanus. Consistent year on year, season on season. The perfect place for a celebratory dinner and a casual lunch. The mussels and prawns are epic. Such friendly service and incredible view. What a gem of a place. Deserving of biggest compliments and cannot wait for the next visit. Highly recommended a place not to be missed when visiting Hermanus.
