Unfortunately not a pleasant dealing experience with a gentleman over the phone. Bought a bottle of Bonnisan on the 30th December 2018 which after taking home realised it expired in Dec 2018. I am sure many mothers out there may be in agreement that they would not want to give their baby expired medicine. I would have preferred a refund or a replacement unexpired bottle but I was excessively ‘reassured’ by him that the medicine would be absolutely fine for at least 6 months and that because I had bought it on the 30th December it was still within warranty. This is bad customer service in my opinion and I do not feel comfortable giving unexpired medicine to a baby.

I have repeatedly bought at this store, like the products, great service via phone oand in person. Prices are not high, have compared.

Well stocked, experienced owner, and knowledgeable staff. They can also accept orders via email for courier delivery.
