I made my way to Hermanus for a few days. I resided at the Backpackers for 3 days and 2 nights. It was comfy, cosy and everyone was happy-go-lucky. I enjoyed myself. You meet someone new everyday. That's awesome and interesting. The owners are kind, helpful and proper guides. That means, they know their town and are able to direct you where the best spots are! Fantastic.

Dog seemed vicious when I wanted to go in.
Tasteful decor inside. Communal kitchen seems well equipped. Communal showers was hot. Don't get free coffee and tea. Public parking is in the street outside. Back garden looks great and has a swimming pool. Cat was friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely back packers. Friendly welcome, quick u0026 effortless check in process.
L Room was perfect for us, came with clean bedding, with extra duvet u0026 clean towels too. I loved that we had our own toilet u0026 shower, with a lil outside seating area too????

Place is nice and clean but i booked for for 4 adults and 2 4 year old children..and we just checked in and the lady came and say we must keep the children quiet..why not say when i made the booking they dont tolerate children i dont even want to to back there ..i came here for a wedding we need a place to sleep but i dont feel like going back there cause they should've said they not child friendly!!!! From my side that lady who work there just came in and walk in as if we didnt paid to stayed there ..soy experience there is not good .or is it because we colored?

Such a good place to visit. Love it every time i go. So convenient and friendly staff. Would recommend.

I was traveling solo up the Garden Route December 2021 and actually planned on camping in Hermanus. But everything was booked out so I just drove by the Backpackers and they luckily had a privat room for me. I am/was grateful for this coincidence. It's a lovely place, with cool people.
My room was very clean and I still remember those comfy bed sheets. I got all the information I needed to know and had a lekker stay. Thanks :)

Had an amazing stay here. Everything is very clean, towels were included and stuff welcomed you so friendly and lovely with some information about the city.
So, if you wanna go to Hermanus you have to stay here at this place.
