The toilet facilities were putrid, and right next to the seating. We would've liked to dine in, but we're forced to eat in the car, as the tables weren't cleaned timeously, and the putrid smell of the toilet almost took our appetite away.

The staff serving at the till were friendly and helpful.

Recently I travel a lot in the Western Cape and have now anew discovered Kentucky for a meal that is not disapointing. I am hooked. Hermanus, Worcester, Vredendal...Kentucky is tops! Not expensive at all.

The staff was polite and the service was excellent
Clean and we will definitely stop again there if we are on the road again.

We waited in the que for 29 min before they even wanted to take our order. Then they took another 20 min to produce something that looked nothing that we ordered. They forgot the chips and tomato sauce.

I went there Friday night after work,the cashier was so unfriendly with a serious face like she was forced to come to work, I didn't even hear her greeting me or confirming my order.

She needs to work at Back.worst service ever.

The worst KFC I have ever experienced!
I have never had a good experience at this KFC. Once we ordered a meal for one person and it took them 20 minutes to prepare it. They were glaring at us all the while. Another time my brother and his friends ate there. All of them had food poisoning that night. Yet another time I got food there with my friend and they were rude and passive aggressive towards us. Do not eat at this KFC and if you do please order your food online! If they see you and there's something they don't like about you they may take it upon themselves to punish you. Or at least it feels like that.
