Terrible service. Refused to refund an item but decided we could exchange it for goods that were of a higher value?! Most miserable faces I have ever seen ‘trying’ to provide customer service. Avoid this shop at all costs. They do not deserve the business.

Got a custom board bag made. Was not made according to specs given. Returned it to alter, because board does not fit. 5months later and bag is still lying in shop. Gigs the owner promised a refund, but still no refund. Refuses to take my calls or answer my messages. Worst service ever.

Great selection, great service, great advice from knowledgeable staff.
These guys stepped up to the plate when there was a problem with a purchase and replaced it without hassle.
HIGHLY recommended.
