Nice and cozy atmosphere with tasty, affordable food and excellent service especially the wood fired pizza.

The food especially pizzas-really delicious. But we were disappointed due to poor service .The waitress brought drinks without glasses..
We order coffee,but she didn't brought milk????.
Because the food was exceptional we left 30% tips out of our bill ,but the waitress(African nationality)with displeased face didn't even say thank you!
Very strange place..

Pizzas are absolutely amazing, however when we were there, they were very short staffed for the amount of clients, which was extremely disappointing. We wanted to order more, but could not. We did not even get the drinks we ordered and the waitress could care less. The pizzas were good enough to visit again and hopefully their staff will be more and better equipped to treat clients next time.

It was nice, but not outstanding. We ordered pizza, nice not outstanding. They don't really cater for small children. A dog was allowed at the outside (smoking area?), for dinner. Don't think that is appropriate. Our waiter was not bad, handled our big table good. We ordered a shot of tequila for the birthday boy, no salt, no lemon, we had to ask. Will I visit again, don't think so, but there were enough patrons in the smoking area, so maybe they are popular to some type of patrons.

We had the most delicious lunch at VB's this past Sunday in very casual and relaxed surroundings.
Our pizzas were excellent ...and I usually don't eat pizza .... thin base, oozing with flavour and generous toppings.
We also shared a well presented mozzarella salad which was superb .... best mozzarella we've ever had and in fact we bought two "balls" to bring home with us to Cape Town, at a mere R45 a large ball, great value. ... wish we'd bought much, much more.
I had two glasses of very delicious VB house wine. Not sure what the variety of grape was but it went down exceptionally well on a very hot day!
Our two Italian greyhounds were welcomed and .... they too approved of the pizza offerings which were passed to them under the table !
In spite of load shedding everything ran smoothly and the staff were very pleasant and efficient.
We'll definitely be back.

Free delivery in sandbaai, once had a pizza with fermented pineapple and they came delivered a new pizza 20 minutes later free of charge event hough we refused it. Dogs were in heaven too much food lol
