Definitely by far the perfect gym, people are there to gym not have a social or fashion parade like the commercial gyms.

Staff are always friend and ready to help where they can.

Boomed security entrance with secure parking. Wheelchair friendly. Friendly staff. Lots of trainers available. Equipment a little outdated but in good working order. Boxing area with lots of punching bags - Missing speedball though. Hopefully to be fixed soon. Good vibe in this place.

Great little gym with a nutrition shop inside. Theres place for calisthenics, floor mats for stretching, smith machines and obviously free weights.
