Fantastic outfit. Clean and neat - thanks to Coach Bruce who is a complete neat freak which is a good thing. The workouts are fresh everyday giving you a decent challenge at every visit.
I like how the workouts run over a couple of weeks giving you an opportunity to see your progress in a specific lift. The coaches are also highly attentive to form to minimize injury. NB: Crossfit is not a regular workout. If you don't pay attention to your form as directed, you stand the chance of an injury. Keep it up team!!!
Oh...and Peter's music is LIT!!!!!
