I came for Rates Rehab Forms. They said the copies are finished. How? When this offer ends tomorrow and we must fill forms and attach necessary documents? Bad service but the place is clean. The guy at help desk was good but can't control the crowd

Upon arrival everyone went for lunch break leaving one person to service a lit of people which took time. The lady was overwhelmed and was getting angry with people. Management needs to look at the lunch break times for employees to avoid such incidents from happening

My experience at Jabulani Civic Center was a great one, I received a five star treatment and a professional service from the young lady called Duduzile never got a chance to ask for the surname. Even though they were having a network issue and the printing machine not working she took all her time to help me register online so I can see all my rates and taxes statements online and how to go about to check them anytime without going to the Civic Center. She made everything looked so easy step by step with a dash of Patience in her voice. Big up gal this is what we call customer service!!!

The place is a beautiful place, it just needs someone who will manage and take good care of it. Maybe a bit of cleaning up will do, get the fountains to start working again and fill those empty desks with young vibrant workers. Could do with some touch ups here and there.

Good morning everyone,
As I'm writing this article on this Saturday morning I'm not happy about the present government structures. Yesterday I personally went to Jabulane Civc Center to collect my health certificate for catering that I applied for in 2020/02/03, the inspector in charge was out delivering certificates to the owners. That made me very sad about the government and today's youth. I have been in the center countless times, at times he will say he doesn't have a transport to deliver, at times he will come the next day, all the promises he made were not kept. Where did Ubuntu go? What happened to service delivery? What happened to respect your father and mother so your days will be Multiplied. In all government and municipalities structures it's foreigners first South Africans last. They do it for the love of money, the country comes second. As Zuma said in his interview ANC first country second. Cry the beloved mzansi!!!
