On the 26th February 2021, I visited this drive thru with my helper and my 2 kids
When I received my order I saw that the sit down area and in store was empty , the kids were nagging as they were hungry so we decided to go in especially because the store was empty too.
I took the food out of the car. The mash and gravy was not sealed properly and messed in my car. We sat down with the food and when I tried to take the all star box meal out, all its contents fell out and the box felt flimsy, opening the burger for my daughter. to my shock the burger had been eaten, i could not believe it. I took the burger to the instore counter and the lady that was on the front line asked me, "is that the snack burger that was eaten on?" I was horrendously surprised that she asked me about this before I said anything.
Which means that they knew very well that they gave me this burger, it was intentional.
I am utterly disgusted that I could be served food that was eaten on.
It is absolutely unacceptable to have received this type of quality of food from a franchise such as KFC. I went to KFC trusting that the food would be of high quality and instead we received food of extreme poor hygiene.
I was given a burger that had been eaten on it was contaminated with bacteria and germs and i feel as though our rights were violated.
How dare KFC give me and family this bad food? The burger was not the correct order either. KFC cheated me by giving me a cheaper burger which is this eaten on (old food) snack burger (as per pictures) whereas part of my all star meal was supposed to be a crunch burger!
My daughter would have eaten the burger in the car and no one would have known. How horrific?!
We were misled when we received our order and we would have driven away! Our experience for joy was taken away, it was horrible! I touched the burger and the packaging not knowing that someone had eaten on it.
So much for social distancing and stopping the spread as well.
I have escalated this matter, still unresolved.
