It's good value-for-money accomodation.
If what you're looking for is a decent bed, a hot shower and working WiFi for a couple night's stay, you'll be good.
You won't get any air-con, fan, or fridge in the room (at least I didn't have any in the room I was in) and the TV reception is okay, though a couple of channels are barely viewable.
Your room can be cleaned everyday if you'd prefer that and the helpers are all pretty friendly.
If you're a light sleeper, you might want to avoid the rooms directly overlooking the street, because you can have taxis and vehicles passing pretty late into the night and pretty early in the morning.
